This Sizing & Custom Kit Disclaimer explains how sizing works for Nailored products and sets expectations about fit, appearance, and wear. It is part of, and incorporated into, our Terms and Conditions for Online Sales, and should be read with our Return & Refund Policy and the instructions and warnings included with each product. Nothing here limits any rights you have that cannot be waived under applicable law.
1. How Sizing Works
Our press-on nail sets are made to the sizing information you provide, by following our measuring or sizing-kit instructions, or by using the sizes saved to your account. You are responsible for the accuracy of the sizing information you submit. You can review or update your saved sizing before ordering; the sizing associated with your order when it is placed is what we use to make your set. If your measurements change, update your saved sizing before ordering again.
2. Fit Is Individualized and Not Guaranteed
Nails vary from person to person and between your own fingers, and fit also depends on how the product is applied and worn. Different nail shapes, styles, and lengths may fit differently. We cannot guarantee a perfect fit for every nail, and a difference in fit that results from inaccurate sizing information or from application or wear technique is not a product defect. Please follow the application and care instructions included with your product for the best fit.
3. Colors and Appearance
We try to display our products accurately, but colors and finishes may appear differently depending on your screen, device settings, and lighting. Slight variations between what you see online and the product you receive are normal and are not defects.
4. Wear Duration, Performance, and Reuse
How long a set lasts and how it performs depend on factors within your control, including application technique, the adhesive you choose, your daily activities, exposure to water and chemicals, and how you care for the set. We do not guarantee any specific wear duration.
5. Application, Adhesives, and Skin Sensitivity
Please follow all application, removal, and safety instructions and warnings included with the product and its packaging. Adhesives are chemical products; use them only as directed. If you have sensitive skin or a history of reactions, consider a patch test before use, and stop using the product and seek medical advice if you experience irritation, an allergic reaction, or any other adverse effect. 6. If Your Set Doesn’t Fit
If your set arrives defective, damaged, or different from what you ordered, it is covered by our Return & Refund Policy, contact us within the timeframe stated there and we will replace it or refund you at no additional cost. If the fit issue results from inaccurate sizing information or application technique rather than a defect, it is generally not eligible for return or refund.
7. No Warranty of Fit or Wear
EXCEPT AS EXPRESSLY STATED IN OUR TERMS AND CONDITIONS AND RETURN & REFUND POLICY, AND TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DO NOT WARRANT OR GUARANTEE ANY PARTICULAR FIT, WEAR DURATION, OR PERFORMANCE OF ANY PRODUCT. THIS DOES NOT AFFECT ANY RIGHT THAT CANNOT BE WAIVED UNDER APPLICABLE LAW.
